update "mariadb_docker" ansible role to support user provisioning with "mysql_native_password" auth plugin 8289ffa4f4

Plugins with no dedicated MariaDB connectors or old versions
thereof do not include modern authentication plugin libraries
(ed25519, parsec, ...). I also did not managed to provision
users using "caching_sha2_password" (currently recommended)
plugin, might be a bug in ansible.mysql collection.

Therefore decision was made to use less secure auth plugins
libraries with certain Minecraft plugins.

update "community.mysql" ansible collection from major version 4 to 5 001d12c06d

add mariadb GrimAC user and adtabase provisioning
