add ansible role for requesting and updating TLS certificates from LetsEncrypt using certbot on Ubuntu 24.04 using docker container ... 186b0fe033

performs verification with http challenge, standalone web server on port 80

testing requires deployment on marchine with public ip and domain binding thus no molecule tests were created

add actions workflow to run linting on "certbot_docker" ansible role 098c0b59f2

add functional and ordering dependency to docker in MCSManager Daemon and Web systemd services 1c3072b4df
