add custom docker bridge network to route intercontainer traffic ... 4b3bb951f4

this is a prerequisite for proxying traffic with nginx to avoid accessing the host network from inside the container

add ansible role with molecule test for installing nginx on Ubuntu 24.04 using docker container d8278fc723
